Kristina went to work one morning with pins and needles in her feet. By 11.30am, she was hospitalised, paralysed from the chest down.
Beyond that first life-shattering day, Kristina was left without the ability to walk and in constant burning pain.

Thanks to Vanessa and her team, Kristina now has regular physiotherapy to help her rebuild her strength, an Occupational Therapist, a Support Worker.
